Audio/Video
Presentation System Design
We design and specify Audio/Video presentation systems for many
applications, including: convention, corporate, education, marketing,
meeting, and government applications. We produce designs for integrated
systems that provide audio, video and control interfaces tailored
to the users needs, both present and future. We also provide design
and coordination input on related issues such as: sight lines,
projection lines, screen size and position, ambient light control
guidelines, resolution, control or projection booth layout.
Convention and Meeting Facilities
Convention and Meeting Facilities can range in size from a 6 person
teleconferencing or video conferencing room in a corporate headquarters
to a 350,000 square foot convention hall. The acoustical criteria
may differ for the two size extremes, but the importance of good
acoustical design doesn’t. We also design and specify sound
and Audio/Video presentation systems ranging form simple public
address systems to multi-room combining and control packages. Also,
as an option we can design just the Audio/Video cable infrastructure
to support the clean and fast installation of portable Audio/Video
equipment where there will be no permanent Audio/Video equipment.
Church Acoustics and Sound Systems
In a church, the communication of the spoken word is vitally
important. Many ministries also include devotional music as
a major part of the service. The sanctuaries acoustics must
be tailored to the ministry, support the music program, and
deliver speech intelligibility. We offer our acoustical and
sound system design services for new and existing churches
of all sizes and denominations. We also provide objective evaluation
of acoustical conditions and sound systems in existing churches,
and are able to provide preliminary budget estimates to the
building committees for the required improvements to aid in
budget planning and fund-raising efforts.
Educational Facilities
Acoustical design of classrooms and lecture halls is of paramount
importance in meeting the required speech intelligibility rating.
We also provide design for Audio/Visual support systems and
sound reinforcement systems to augment modern teaching methods
and materials. The design of Audio/Video systems must support
the faculty and instructors, without interfering with the lesson
itself. As distance education becomes more common there is
also greater demand for video based presentation systems, which
we can design.
Video Conference Facility Design
Video-conferencing has seen rapid growth as the digital age makes
the data transmission between stations more economical and
widely available. We provide both room acoustics and the technical
system design services for videoconference facilities in both
retrofits and new facility design.
Healthcare Facilities and Physician Offices
An advanced multi-media system provides for a sterile, streamlined
environment that allows for complete control of all systems
with the touch of a button. Floor space is freed of troublesome
cords, connectors and wheeled carts, as all of the equipment
is ceiling or wall mounted. Monitors are adjustable and
can be placed at eye level, thereby reducing back discomfort,
eyestrain and fatigue. AD+E can also design call
button or paging systems, background video and music
for waiting areas.
Restaurants/Bars
Patrons can watch their favorite game, order food and drinks
electronically, and listen to a high quality sound system.
In addition, new media manager technology allows scrolling
message advertisement such as dinner/drink specials to be added
to televisions. It also provides easy control for the entire
satellite or cable, video, and sound system.
Physical Security Systems
Companies are increasingly directing resources toward the physical
safety of their staff and facilities. It is our expertise in
electronic alarms and security video that has facilitated our
ability to create systems that meet specific customer needs.
Cable & Phone
Distribution
As technologies evolve in speed and complexity, they grow more
dependent on the cables and hardware that connect them. We
understand the high cost of physical change and implementation,
and the challenges of effectively maintaining the correct wiring
and connections.
