We wanted
to express our thanks and extreme satisfaction with your
company's performance and let you know how happy we are
with the work that you did in the
construction of our new home. You certainly accomplished what you set out to
do: exceed our expectations. The system that you designed is perfect and fits
the needs that we originally expressed exactly. We couldn't be happier with
the sound system and the home theatre and look forward to expansion of the
system in the future with the
flexibility that you recommended and built in. The work that Automation Design
did is the crowning jewel in our dream home and is giving us great pleasure.
The most
memorable part of our experience, though, is not the technical
input that you provided. There are others who may have
that ability. The customer service and
responsiveness that your organization was able to provide was outstanding and
is what made all the difference. We found that we were able to call with questions
and requests and they were always handled quickly and to our satisfaction.
We were never left without service or with a question. All commitments were
fulfilled as scheduled.
