Bruce and Diane Kuipers - February 3, 2004
Dear Peter,

Just a note; however brief, to let you know how very much we appreciate your fine work in our home. From the onset of the project through it completion we experienced nothing but professionalism, integrity, and the attention to detail that one would hope from expert craftsmen. We found early in our deliberations that your teaching skills we outstanding. As novices, we very much appreciated your ability to explain the mechanisms of each option in a manner that neither overwhelmed nor intimidated our limited knowledge base. In addition, you were most able to hear, as well as “listen” and interpret our needs so that the project was aimed toward our lifestyle rather than the marketing of clever products.

We found the implementation phase of the project to be faultless in terms of timing, accuracy, and communication with the subcontractors. And your ability to troubleshoot with the computer company (who speak a totally different language) was exceptional. We were particularly delighted with Matt, the project manager, who is knowledgeable, articulate, cordial, and unfailingly patient.

The culmination of the project was a pleasant surprise as we were actually able to understand and operate all the elements. Moreover, we felt that we were not alone with the new technologies, but that you were available for our many questions and self-designed dilemmas. We attribute this superior outcome to your exceptional knowledge, but also the team’s fine skills of communicating, planning, coordinating, educating, and caring about how your clients think, feel, and live.

We certainly would highly recommend your company and the team to those who are contemplating the potentially intimidating transition to a technological environment.
Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Bruce H. and Diane B. Kuipers
