It is a pleasure for me to fulfill Peter Cook’s request
for a letter of recommendation. Last year when we decided
to finish our 1900 square foot lower level, complete with
home theatre, Bill Dykhuis our builder recommended Peter’s
company, Automation Design and Entertainment.
We were first impressed with Peter’s personality and
style and soon after with his knowledge and expertise. We
quickly realized that some of our preconceived notions about
brands of equipment were based on company marketing strategy
rather than on actual performance. Peter educated us and
then helped us with the business of creating the home theatre
we wanted.
Peter designed, selected equipment, and his technicians
installed everything from subwoofers to wiring. His process
did not create another dimension of dust and mess following
the construction clean-up. His technicians were professional
and knowledgeable, great guys with a sense of humor. They
even returned for a follow-up visit when we had technical
questions.
After several months of viewing movies, sports, and regular
television, we are still awed by the theatre we have in our
own home… the quality of the picture, the sound, ease
of use, everything. We didn’t realize until after installation
what a good investment a home theatre might be; our family
and friends of all ages love it.
We give Peter our highest recommendation without reservation.
