24/7/365 Unlimited remote repair & support: Phone, Email, Text and Chat. Experience the convenience of connecting live with one of our knowledgeable technicians. YES, a real person, ready to help at any time. Your system will be accessed remotely and oftentimes repaired right then, without an on-site service call.
Proactive Monitoring: We’ll monitor your technology system. Respond to alert conditions and solve potential issues before they arise.
One Flex Onsite Maintenance and Service Visit: Includes truck roll, 2 hours of service labor and a ½ hour check of AV, camera, network and control systems to assure everything is working as expected. Your network will be performance scanned and appropriate device firmware updated. Training / technology review session ½ hour: Answer questions and assure your people are comfortable using your system.
Priority Service: we’ll prioritize you to the front of the scheduling queue.
Loaner Equipment: (if available) Should any gear need to be sent out for repair or replaced we will provide loaner gear to fill the gap. Labor to install or program loaner gear is billed.
Second Flex Onsite Service Visit: Includes truck roll and 2 hours of service labor.
After hours service option: Night, weekend, holiday IF A TECHNICIAN IS AVAILABLE. Standard service rates plus a $400 Surcharge.
Nonmember service terms: Hours Mon – Fri 9-5, targeted 2-3 business day initial response. Remote access or phone support not available. Onsite Service: Minimum billing is $260. Includes truck roll & basic travel. First hour of service labor. Additional hours at $130 per hour. Additional charges for required parts or equipment.
